When you use MyHealthGuide AI, we may process: (1) report files and images you upload, (2) chat messages you send, (3) a browser session identifier so your conversation can continue, and (4) optional usage statistics such as report type and language preference.

We do not require you to create an account to use the web chat.

Uploaded reports and messages are used solely to generate AI explanations, follow-up answers, and related features you request.

We use aggregated, anonymized usage metrics to improve the service. We do not use your medical content for advertising.

Data is stored using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to systems required to operate the service.

Uploaded reports are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you delete your chat sooner. You can delete any chat from the sidebar at any time.

We do not sell your personal or medical data to third-party marketers or pharmaceutical companies.

We may use trusted subprocessors (e.g. cloud hosting, AI providers) strictly to operate MyHealthGuide AI, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Where applicable under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

You may stop using the service at any time and clear your browser session to start fresh.
